SUCCESS

HOPE ni GUILLER VALENCIA

WE will discuss success in our lives today.

Maraming self-help books, video, financial experts, motivators, testimonies ng mga successful individuals; artista, businessmen at iba pa na nagtuturo o nagbibigay ng gabay sa atin upang maging matagumpay. Those information can be of great help if we follow dahil sila ay testament ng pagtatagumpay sa kanilang experiences.

Halimbawa, ang payo ni President Donald Trump na naging successful businessman at politician, sabi niya; “Don’t do it for the money, never give up, be into details, be totally focused, get great employees, work hard, follow your instinct, believe in yourself, have a messy desk, and love what you do” (YouTube).

Kay Jackie Chan naman ay ganito ang advice; “Be yourself, do it on your way, learn from your audience, work hard, do it while you’re young, it is not all about money, be different, do the best you can, keep your promises and have mentors,” (nasa YouTube din). Si Bill Gates ay may 10 rules for success; “Have energy, have a bad influence, work hard, create the future, enjoy what you do, play bridge, ask for advice, pick good people, don’t procrastinate and have a sense of humor.” Si Warren Buffe; “Find your passion, hire well (intelligent, integrity, etc.,), don’t care what others think, read … read … read … have a margin of safety, have a competitive advantage, schedule for your personality, always be competing, model success, and give unconditional love.” I can share more successful personalities with their advice.

This is great advice by successful people. How about what the scriptures are telling us. Great author and motivational speaker said, “Your attitude, not your aptitude will determine your altitude.”

Ano ang attitude natin tungkol sa Word of God with promises to become genuinely successful? Not all successful people financially enjoy their earnings unless God allows it to enjoy. Therefore, real blessings come from God that He allows us to enjoy our fruits. Isaiah 48:17, “… I am the Lord your God who teaches you to profit, who leads you by the way that you should go.” Proverbs 3:5, “Trust God with all your heart and lean not to your own understanding and all the ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your paths.” Proverbs 16:3, “Commit to the Lord whatever your plans and your plans will succeed.” Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

God will teach us to profit, and will lead us to prosper. God is interested in you living a productive, profitable, and fulfilled life. But, above all my kababayans, “For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?” Be sure, we accepted Lord Jesus as our personal Lord and Savior.

“Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and everything will follow” (Matthews 6:33). Psalms 23:6,” Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life…” (giv777@myyahoo.com)
